      Pros

      Flexible schedule. The majority of the team has impeccable integrity, teamwork mentality, and professional to work alongside. Awesome clients and fairly stable work.

      Cons

      Grossly incompetent/abusive leadership in a handful of positions that is painfully obvious and remains unchecked. Increases barely exist, insurance is very expensive w/ poor coverage.

      Pay is great due to the pricey and low benefit packages they offer. Need to be more competitive.

      Cons

      Managed by people with minimal experience in petrochem EPC projects. Internal politics are worse than most places. Basically a staffing agency pretending to be an engineering company.
