Pros
The people! The people that I worked with, my direct manager, my entire department, actually. All great people, the core strength of the company.
Cons
The company was sold to a private equity firm that proceeded isolate business units and sell them off to the highest bidder. I watched and listened as the CEO talked about the future, while the company, my coworkers, my friends.. steadily disappeared. A once great and iconic firm and brand, brought to it's knees and wiped away.
