Challenging environment and with the exception of the executive leadership team a really good group of people to work with.

Cons

The senior leadership of the company after couple of years still don't understand the business. Bonus plans are a joke, always trying different way for not to pay

Management a bit over their head. No formal management training behind them. Has a hard time thinking outside the box due to the high turn over rate. People in fear of losing their jobs.
