      You get a paycheck every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par, especially health insurance. Salaries / hourly rates are way below average in the engineering industry. Constant turn over in upper management. Management will step over dollars to save a dime. Unwilling to take any risks because of liability. Good Old Boys Club

      Pros

      Super responsive to questions, super professional, super knowledgeable staff. Having CDI employees on-site at my assignment location was also super convenient and helped me easily settle into my new position. They have always been very straight-forward and easy to work with throughout my assignment as well.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, honestly. They're doing a great job as a talent recruitment agency, and I'm glad I was hired through them.
