      Benefits aren't too bad but that's it!

      Micromanagement Ineptitude with Management (Especially with Contract Negotiations) Management and employee churn Lied to me about the position Lack of opportunities for growth Stress level through the roof along with blood pressure Disgustingly low pay 401k is a joke Cross Lanes has WAY too much control The most soul-sucking position on the planet

      Resources are thin and everyone pulls at least double duty. Just know if you work here, you will be doing more than your original job description for sure.
