Pros
I was a former Engineer at the Phoenix location (aerospace division) before acquisition by Belcan. Upper management (only the Engineering Manager and former Director) were great people. They would always have a positive attitude towards employees and would maintain constant communication with employees. I appreciate the employment opportunity.
Cons
1. Terrible employee culture and values 2. Employees would make comments targeting specific ethnic groups (african americans) and minorities 3. Employees would openly express their political views at the work place with offensive comments for anyone that disagreed. 4. Zero opportunities for growth at this company. Resources were extremely limited and a negative attitude towards new hires by other employees. Note: If you think that you are superior because of your ethnicity and political affiliation then this is the right place for you. Only the individuals with the same metality have stayed at this company.
