      Pros

      Great exposure to different technology.

      Cons

      Furloughs happened several times a year. Usually with less than 24 hours notice. Temporary pay cuts happened repeatedly. Permanent pay cut for all contracts for rolled out last year - 15% with only a week's notice. Terrible benefits. They are there to collect your pay, nothing else.
