      There are no pros for this company.

      Where to start... morale is at an all time low, turnover in upper management is rampant, ZERO communication, management has no regard for their employees, all they care about is the almighty dollar. Benefits are extremely expensive and are terrible. Employees walk around on egg shells wondering when they will be on the chopping block, Very unstable company.

      Good people, good management that actually gets to know you, great pay, great chances to move up, they train you for what they need and offer continued education, The hours are set in stone

      Cons

      For new campaigns it's a pain with ever changing policies until they find hat works, The drive to my local office is 45 minutes, The hours are set in stone
