Lack of vision in management, open up new office with no training to personal, no HR department, no management and no help unless it is via chat or email. Training is non existent, you learn on your own from the customers that call in asking for help. Metrics more important than the customer on the phone requesting the help. Treated like a number not a person. Constantly asked to get customer off phone fast regardless of fixing the problem or not just to meet SLA which needs changing but will not happen. Management only looking out for themselves not the people that work below them doing most of the work.
