      Pros

      Great people to work with (for those who will still be there, extremely high employee turn around), will learn a lot about drafting and GD&T

      Cons

      Everyone is looking for a new job, employees arent happy, low promotions (1-2% a year), willing to offer more money to employees only after they give their notice

      Opportunities to work on different types of projects with different companies.

      Cons

      Kept asking for more to do and it was promised, but the work never materialized, at least in the IT area. Sometimes no or conflicting direction from management.
