Very little recognition for accomplishments. No raise to speak of in the over 2 1/2 years I was there, despite the fact I was in the top 10% for performance on my team. Worked hard and long and it was never good enough. Upper management completely disengaged from workers. HR has no presence in workers lives. Managers are quick to point out mistakes and broadcast them. Yet rarely give credit for good work. Zero trust from management. Though I performed admirably up to the end, I always felt I was one step away from the chopping block. Lived every day in fear of what nasty feedback I'd receive.

1. Horrible corporate culture, offices/cubicles at corp HQ and Market St in Philly are 50%+ vacant, 2. perennially in cost cutting mode - in my 7 yrs there, experienced salary reductions, withdrawal of water coolers, no more color printing, reduction of mobile phone allowance, etc, 3. senior mgmt.'s inability to stick with a business plan for more than 2 years and therefore unable to successfully implement to drive growth, 4. Company has been implementing tactics as strategy, 5. benefits are quite expensive
