      Good salary, good atmosphere. have worked many years for them, very pleased with pay, performance, expectations and quality

      I have not bad comments for this company, if any, depending on the project, sometimes would have to work long hours

      CDI Corp is a good company to begin your career with if you want to work for and create relationships within companies that carry heavy brand recognition as a contractor or vendor. Use as a stepping stone to achieve your goals of networking with extremely intelligent & gifted individuals in the companies you're contracted to work. My coworkers and manager are amazing people. They are inspirational, hardworking, and are goal oriented. Easily one of the best parts to working here.

      Cons

      The health benefits, no overtime, vacation policy (5 days / year) and the archaic use of Internet Explorer to perform payroll & other admin duties.
