They will try to place you. HR people are nice.

Cons

There you are nothing but a number. When you get laid off you get no notice. I was informed via a cell phone call. Insurance prices are outrageous.

Constant organizational changes and lack of communication between corporate management and staff employees. Few cons overall, happy with my employment with CDI.

Pros

CDI is a good Technical Employment Agency to work for. Their people are easily contacted by phone or email and they respond quickly to queries and issues.

Cons

There was a lot of staff turnover, whether because of people moving to other positions or leaving the company. As a result, it would be necessary to build a relationship with each new contact. This occasionally led to errors. But they always made things right as quickly as possible.
