Through Covid, CDI found a way to keep all their employees. As a result, we are not looked at as a number but rather a value. The CEO is very hands-on, which is very rare, and puts the needs of others first.

Cons

The Benefits haven't always been the best, but our HR team has been working hard to find us the best, and this has paid off with a new Medical Insurance company.
