Nice environment with open floor plan .. has monthly luncheons to help those employees with a CPA maintain credits

Pros

Prompt, supportive and willing to work with you: listens to all your needs, Communication is above average. Compensation is reasonable.

Cons

Retirement 401K plan is as clear as mud. Deducted monthly even though the paper stated that it would take effect a year from the hiring date. Paid me for a holiday then wanted to take the money back -did not want to make a big deal out of it since CDI is employer....but they made a mistake.
