      The automotive industry is really changing how they sell cars and Cobalt is in the forefront in helping dealers and auto manufacturers market to customers.

      Cons

      For a small to midsize company, it is very process-heavy.

      Pros

      The Cobalt Group was a great place to work. I started my technical internet career there and really enjoyed my time. I learned alot, the customers liked working with me and it was an all around good experience. Cobalt has a great benefit program, they have the gym on the 2nd floor. They only hire smart people and the management staff is focused on growing the business and growing the employees. If you're looking for a great company in the Sattle area, then this is a place for you to work.

      There were no downsides to working at Cobalt.
