      Pros

      CDK Global is a good company for mid level (3-8) years experience people. You will learn lot of good things. Salary is competitive and as per expectations. Work from home is again a good practice here.

      Cons

      You have to be in good books of management. Lot of internal politics. Seating arrangement is worse. Teams in India are only followers and no encouragement to do new things.

      - Great work life balance - Latest technologies - True Agile - Learning Opportunities, Trainings - Great people - Equal treatment to everybody - Lots of fun - Empowerment It's been just 1.5 month and I am very much impressed by this company. People here are great and make you comfortable from the day one. You would be given ample of opportunities to grow. There is a great respect people have for people. Truly an amazing place to work for. I would definitively say, this is much better company compare to what I initially thought of.

      Cons

      Not that I could think of at the moment. Probably additional stress to be given on measurement and analysis to be more predictable.
