      Pros

      The location in downtown Chinatown Seattle is great, easy access by link light rail or bus and close to great food Team culture is good too, my experience is a steady forward pace without too much of a stress burden and adoption and usage of better technology is encouraged

      All teams are different so my experience may be different from other teams
