      Pros

      CDM Smith is very employee oriented and has great benefits. I am just beginning my career and was very hesitant about joining a consulting firm, worried that the corporate world would be stereotypical to what is seen in the movies. That has not been the case thus far! CDM Smith has already has provided me with so many opportunities to grow in numerous directions and to become a well-rounded employee.

      Cons

      I can only speak to what I've seen in my office- since there is no official head of the office there are two people who are low-key/ pettily fighting for control of enforcing the rules. It might also be their personalities do not mix well.

      Pros

      This company really cares about you and your personal/professional growth. Very conducive and collaborative environment -less politics than most most places I have been to.

      Cons

      Could help with some more structure around IT related projects - otherwise this is an excellent place to grow.
