Pros

The pay is slightly better than unemployment compensation

Cons

Unresponsive leadership, no matter how many time you call or email no one gets back to you. Low pay well below industry standard rates. Dreadful benefits, awful administrative support. No real leadership at the senior level.

No real leadership at the senior level. Everything is reactionary and very little evidence of strategic, visionary leadership. No real upward advancement.
