No leadership. No vision. Poor communication. Poor management. High turnover. This company will probably not survive the next five years.

knowledgeable people, all locally owned. Good amount of stock on hand. Parts that are hard to find. work area for fixing your own computer.

Cons

bad management, going way of dinosaur, trouble retaining staff, cell phone services are iffy. somewhat poorly organized, lack of clear direction
