      Customers. Do one wrong thing that you had no idea was wrong, and there goes your shifts.

      Not too much to learn, just need to feel comfortable talking to people

      You will be standing the entire time (excluding 30 minute break) and are not not allowed a standing mat or chair unless for medical reasons

      Friendly, kind, supportive supervisors and coworkers

      Cons

      Lies about hours pay. They said working on Saturday and Sunday will get Weekend Premium Hours Pay, but actually, no. I created ticket after ticket to get ignored. Even my supervisor submitted it, at first saying they just needed the signature to finish the claim, and then they closed without any comment or reason. And a lot of benefits were expired but stil list it as something good for workers.
