CDS (Club Demonstration Services) reviews

Many people felt manager has some racial prejudice. Manager talks badly about employees to other employees. Shows open and obvious favoritism. Definitely some conflict of interests going on. Manager does not make employees feel heard of genuinely invested in. Seems no one in management is on the same page. I’ve seen a supervisor be basically punished over and over for trying to do her job, uphold company policy, and show integrity. Lots of shady things have gone on at this location, manager constantly turns the eye. Seems more like a circus ring than a place of legitimate business.. not sure how the low performance goes unnoticed and unaddressed. When I first started a supervisor whom is no longer there made a lot of sexual comments to me, that still to this day upset me deeply. Employees are not valued here unless your the managers personal friend, and if they are they will get the best schedule, break time, demos, and get to go outside and smoke with manager on break, generally have it made. Everyone is constantly on their phone. I’ve seen people eating underneath their carts which is gross and a health hazard!

Part-time, few benefits, and can get stressful. There is a lot to do and not enough time to get it done.
