Flexible schedule Good team building development

Unprofessional behavior from Human Resources and company management. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity. Customers and Employees are extremely negative. Practices “quiet quitting” and will just not put you on schedule. No room for error and tray rotation is horrible. There are many times management will raise voice in public at team members for simple mistakes. It is extremely demoralizing when facing a situation with no support from management or team members. Human Resources and management will ignore you about concerns and issues multiple times until you threaten legal action.

Work is simple and not too difficult, especially if you like talking to people and selling product. Scheduling is somewhat flexible.

Cons

Lack of training. Inconsistent communication. Frequent vague references toward how replacable you are as a worker. Very little support or understanding extended toward employees overall.
