Pros

â?¢ I felt I was trained well, but now the new training program is not getting "newbies" ready. â?¢ I worked with some really good people at my account manager level. â?¢ The Riverside location cannot be beat for convenience.

Cons

â?¢ Endure a $5,000 pay cut while your commission and SPIFFS are harder. â?¢ Entertain clients using your own money when they come in town to visit. â?¢ Have $400 in Spiffs that are printed in black and white taken away due to a "technicality". â?¢ Watch kiss asses, cheese balls, brown nosers get ahead while your hard work goes unnoticed.

Pros

Smart people. Enjoyable work atmosphere. Berbee's old culture occasionally shows its face. Benefits weren't completely ruined for hourly workers.

Cons

Politics. Micromanagement. People are too protective of information. No bonuses. Salary freeze. Lack of direction. Promotions aren't given to people who deserve them.

Pros

Free lunch during the "busy season"

Cons

The territories are not fairly disseminated. There is a lot of pressure to increase territorities that have systematically not had a budget or have budget constraints. Whenever a new class starts, your territory is taken away to give to new recruits and the goals get hugher. We work insane hours during the "busy season" (right before the end of the federal government's fiscal year) and it is often over-inflated because there are not that many deals but the goals are definitely higher. Management (your direct sales manager) can sometimes "make or break" you if he/she does not like you. There is a lot of pressure from management to complete deals/transactions at a negative margin or for no profit.
