Stark division in perks between the customer facing sales and services team and the back of house administrative and operational teams. Entrepreneurial focused teams do well for themselves, incentivized to making decisions leveraging channel partner programs that benefit them sometimes at the expense of the overall organization. Teams that generate direct revenue seem to spend with abandon while cost centers focus on every penny.
