Cons

Growth is so fast it may get out of control. Because of this, team members need to wear many different hats and solely the job they were hired for.

The pay was decent for a beginning job

Cons

Management and Hr in Irving Texas . Lack of communication they claim to have gotten better as a company I don’t see how . The level of disrespect is at a high no clear line to speak to who is in charge of who and no one knows what’s going on . If you leave and come back they will drop your rate of pay if they want to. Stay away from this company
