Pros

Everyone starts out as a teller or phone representative, but they have an internal posting system with lots of different opportunities. Better starting pay than other area financial institutions and the training was very comprehensive. I like that the company is so involved in the community.

Cons

Everyone starts out as a tell or phone representative. Company asks you to stay in job for 1 year, then you can post for others.

Pros

Good work environment and competitive pay for younger employees. Management was friendly and approachable. Easy job.

Cons

No room for advancement. Bad hours, and a lot of work expected of employees. There was a shift to a focus on sales that did not sit well with a lot of people.
