Liked meeting with HR, Dept Mgr, and Dept Supervisor during initial interview. Within a few days I was asked to take some tests @ Bradley. Tests were timed and comprehensive in what they covered; There was also a screening done by the Bradley proxy following the tests. One week later I was offered a position, which I accepted.

Really, really nice people. Good company values. Very fair to members. Committed to the community. Great benefits...I love the amount of vacation I get.

Cons

I really can't think of any. I wish we had more formal career mentoring and career development, maybe. But thats all.
