      The complete opposite of how to run a company

      Pros

      Other developers you work with are great. Healthcare options are good.

      Cons

      Not well suited for females or minorities on the technical side. Pretty much no PTO, no matching for 401k, you get stuck with a bad client you’re screwed. They will take advantage of you if you work more than 40 hours. Pay is low. Upper management really hates anyone who isn’t a sales person.

      Pros

      I really can’t think of one other than having parking and not being down town.

      Cons

      All the 5 star reviews on here are written by managers that are told to write them to boost the score. Terrible environment, no flexibility, extremely poor and unqualified managers with 0 leadership training. They do a lot of things that are borderline unethical and illegal.
