Expectations of traveling on your own time
Will literally compensate you with anything other than money (cheap earbuds, "free coffee")
Expect loyalty from you but will literally do nothing to earn it

CEO
Incompetent management:
Management will ask you to voice your concerns, then when you do that they will tell you that you are not cut out for the industry and they will do nothing to address it. If you screamed at the sun or talked to yourself, you will get the same results as if you talked to management.
Pay:
Will pay you the bare minimum and if you ask for more expect the timeline for that to take roughly two years before they even consider it. You are wasting your time if you think they will pay you more.
Loyalty:
Loyalty from upper management is always expected. Management will do 0 work to earn this loyalty, but think you should show it to them anyway. They think everything is a joke until you show them you're serious and then they dismiss you. Good luck with that!
Silo:
The company has no problem lying to employees and clients about working on client sites. They will ship you to locations by yourself. If you want to go work with strangers constantly by yourself, this is the place for you!
CEO:
This man believes that he can run a business because he owns a business. He will spend thousands of dollars on several failed political campaigns but will have the audacity to have management tell you there's no money in the budget. There are leaders in this world and there are people who think they can lead. The CEO is the latter.
