      You get paid. Not well, but similarly to a summer job.

      Cons

      Everything. Organizational Skills are unbearable. Toxic work environment- upper management negative and condescending. Very clicky. Understaffed. Pay is absolute garbage, benefits are awful. No training or mentoring. Too high expectations not only for the pay, but also because as mentioned- you’re not trained. You’re given the bare minimum to get by but when you ask questions and better your understanding- you’re scolded because you’re asking questions. Rules only apply to certain people- favoritism is a huge problem here. You can get fired for literally any reason. The turnover rate is excessively high.

      Pros

      Very little. A few nice people and a nice looking office.

      Cons

      If your a recruiter don't work at CEI. Even their senior recruiters have a hard time making more than a few deals a month and no one can meet the metrics the company has in place but they feel it's the recruiters fault. It's never managements fault for having a low performing department. Clock in and clock out, your time is watched by the owner, he doesn't trust his workers. There is no continuous training, management doesn't like change, and they wont adapt The over culture is they don't trust their workers and this in turn makes for a bad experience.

      There are no pros. Executive management makes it miserable to work there!

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue how to run a business. The executive team come from staffing backgrounds. Quotas are unrealistic and they treat people like crap. The owner tells you what you want to hear and then does something else. They don't care about the employees or the customers
