Pros

They let you take PTO in advance.

Cons

Almost all employees ( tech recruiter, corporate recruiter, developers, attorney) are on some kind of a time commitment, which leads to an incredibly toxic work environment. If you receive a sign on bonus and leave before the end of your first year they will request the gross not the net in a payback. They act like they don’t know to file a 941 to get their taxes back. They will then ask you to pay the filing fee. They do not pay commission that was earned while you’re employed. They use a “commission is not earned until it is paid” mentality. As a recruiter here you are not a subject matter expert. You are simply a glorified call center tech. Constant micromanaging. No real standards at all. No training, no SOPs, no accountability. President and CEO will say one thing in Q1 and it will change within that same month.

Pros

Still have some good friends from my time there, but definitely no one from upper management.

Cons

Where to begin? The pay is laughable. I was told I'd be making a standard entry-level salary for my position but was offered over $5,000 less. The PTO and 401k plans are basically nonexistent. Incredibly high turnover rate. Management is poorly run, toxic, and condescending if you are not a member of their clique. After putting in my two weeks notice, I was immediately removed from my project and told to leave the next day. I never received payment for that time. I would have been upset if I did not want to get out of there so badly. You're nothing but a number to them. I was announced as a new employee TWICE at quarterly meetings within the SAME YEAR. After quitting, I was contacted AGAIN by a member of sales and told that "I would be a good culture fit and should consider applying."
