Pros

A couple of nice people.

Cons

This company actively creates false reviews to increase its overall rating on this site. They have campaigns to get employees to complete positive reviews. So don't believe what you read. There is no room for advancement. There is one employee that heads up recruiting in the Philly office, he is a narcissistic, egomaniac. Steer clear. Also, the company is owned by a sexist, extremely conservative man and the rest of the leadership team is either a part of the old boys club or married into it.

Pros

There are truly no pros about this organization, either as an employee or as a client. The management is incompetent, dishonest and toxic. I have never been around a such a horrible environment in my career.

Cons

They lack to resources to be able to grow their client base or to help their clients grow. The management/ownership focuses on one thing and one thing only, cost management. This would seem fine, however they do not put their employees first, nor do they put their clients first. They will mislead or deceive either to make or save a dollar. There is a reason this organization can not keep talent and that reason lies solely with their ownership. There is zero trust, everyone is treated as if they are inexperienced children and beaten down emotionally on a daily basis. There is no winning with this organization or its management. Success is not measured in achievement or success, it is measured in fear and intimidation and how much of each they can instill in their employees. The CEO makes large promises and commitments to new employees, but doesn't honor them. He choses to hire and fire at will without reason or cause. It's a trend that most are aware of and it doesn't take a lot of research to see just how little he is respected.
