      Pros

      It pays the Bill's with a Salary and Comission structure.

      Cons

      Idea theft, horrible experience with Team Leads. Easier to fill jobs kept by senior recruiters. Clicky. Toxic work environment. They try to make you quit by pushing you out with nearly impossible recs.

      The pay will be higher and you need to work hard

      Cons

      Job security is at high risk. You choose it on your own risk. only 2 to 3 clients so if something got stopped you need to search for job outside.

      The complete opposite of how to run a company

      Pros

      Other developers you work with are great. Healthcare options are good.

      Cons

      Not well suited for females or minorities on the technical side. Pretty much no PTO, no matching for 401k, you get stuck with a bad client you’re screwed. They will take advantage of you if you work more than 40 hours. Pay is low. Upper management really hates anyone who isn’t a sales person.
