      Pros

      Company is growing market share and expanding with customers beyond the home office. Hard working individuals are nicely rewarded for their success and contributions. Multiple offerings and flexibility. There is nowhere to hide and just coast in this company.

      Some Co-workers, Monthly Birthday treat, not much else.

      Cons

      Outdated infrastructure, management and Thinking. Business Model is broken and Management is very resistant to change. All decisions are made by one person, the CEO, as he has NO TRUST in anyone to do there job, even those that have been there 15+ years. Remote work is NEVER considered.
