Pros
People do care about each other, and if you ask the question it will get a response within a reasonable amount of time. If you are unable to get an answer from one individual there are usually 5 more that you can communicate with. Environment is challenging and keeps you on your toes. Upper Management communicates and makes reasonable attempts to try to rectify hurdles/challenges we are facing. Managers are very open to being flexible with work hours, especially if you have significant family events.

Training structure/ramp up period could be more formalized
