      The complete opposite of how to run a company

      Pros

      Other developers you work with are great. Healthcare options are good.

      Cons

      Not well suited for females or minorities on the technical side. Pretty much no PTO, no matching for 401k, you get stuck with a bad client you’re screwed. They will take advantage of you if you work more than 40 hours. Pay is low. Upper management really hates anyone who isn’t a sales person.

      Flexible timing Friendly directors Good team spirit in most of the teams

      Cons

      No proper policies in place, except few policies, all other policies are not written Couple of managers are fussy (sar) If you are person who wants to come early to office and leave early, then this is not the right company for you
