They kind of pay well

Cons

Very flat structure, so almost impossible to grow. Top positions are not worth it because they suck out your life. Longest closings ever, near 20 hours of overtime in 2 consecutive days is very common.

Nice ambiance, smart colleagues, multicultural environment. Some possibilities to get some professional education.

Cons

Local management in Switzerland is fully incompetent, seems that there is no control from central offices. Poor results and motivation, numerous cases of of harassment and abuse. No career evolution.

Debt load continues to overwhelm the company. Too many initiatives. The dedicated talent is burnt out and the recognition and incentives is unreliable and not commensurate to the expectations.
