No construction experience necessary, 8-5 office job. Good for young people looking to get into sales/the construction industry.

Cons

A lot of office politics. Promotions depend on who you know, not what you know. Not much progression or recognition for people who work hard. High staff turnover. Not flexible for employees with family.

Long hours, it is difficult to balance personal/work time, although is changing, there is still rewards for results, even if there were casualties achieving them
