Company has completely changed; going from private ownership to public ownership in 2015; a dismantling of the successful culture that was built by long-tenured management; employee benefits have gone downhill, including 401K; vital employees leaving for better opportunities

the company tends to invest more in good will to previous clients than employees; i.e. a yearly million dollar outing at a different resort each year
