      Pros

      Good people to work with and not a hard job and its union

      Cons

      Use temp workers most of the time so the turn over rate gets high at times. So may have to do extra work or go help our on a lower seniority shift

      Used to be some, but not any more since the last few years. Read Cons below to see if some of those may be a Pro for you, but no generally none.

      Cons

      The only people staying there currently are either waiting for changes with new ownership, doing something on the side, deadwood or not switching due to low confidence in their abilities. It used to be a great company, but now the company's executives are just focused on short-term dressing up of their balance sheets in order to flog off the company to some unsuspecting buyers. Many staff have been cut, there is only short-term planning, no major investments are being made, and the top management are only there to line their own nests, milk the company dry and not grow the business and the people for the long term. Morale is at an all-time low and things will not continue for long under the current ownership.
