Cons
The only people staying there currently are either waiting for changes with new ownership, doing something on the side, deadwood or not switching due to low confidence in their abilities. It used to be a great company, but now the company's executives are just focused on short-term dressing up of their balance sheets in order to flog off the company to some unsuspecting buyers. Many staff have been cut, there is only short-term planning, no major investments are being made, and the top management are only there to line their own nests, milk the company dry and not grow the business and the people for the long term. Morale is at an all-time low and things will not continue for long under the current ownership.
