Progressive approach to industry safety. Very training forward mentality. Good benefits package. Job security

Great pay/benefits Great local teams that are really helpful

Cons

Completely out of touch corporate group that constantly pushes policies and programs that are directly contrary to the wishes of employees. Obvious examples of corporate greed (announcing increases in insurance costs for employees in the same meeting they announced the company had $1 billion cash that they weren't sure what to do with yet). Draconian disciplinary action taken any time there is an issue. Always looking for who to blame and who to take action against as opposed to working as a team to find the best solution. Progression is based on how much you're willing to sacrifice your life/family and devote yourself to the company. If you ever make a decision to put your family first, you will be ostracized and no longer allowed to progress.
