The HR team actually is engaged with the employees. It seems they are building some HR Programs based on feedback form within.

Cons

Old school mentality. The Corporate office is a lot of "weel, we've never done that before so we probably won't do that" Not a lot of common practices between the plants. Everyone seems to be running their own business.
