Cons

- This could be a pro, but you have to learn about agriculture.

pay & benefits; most would agree it's what matters the most and I would agree for the most part.

Cons

Constant changes in management cause long term goals to be thrown out the window. You are definitely just another cog that moves a huge money making machine.
