well established company with great people to work with. Good pay and benefits

Cons

The industry is changing - the workforce, the way business is done. etc is all changing. Management is slow to accept that change and to change with it. Hard work is not always recognized and rewarded. Would like to see more advancement of employees versus hiring from outside
