Work life balance is better than the Big 4, but you can get put on a bad project at any firm.

Cons

You can't ever really make partner with profit sharing in equity in the same way you think of at a Big 4 or RSM, etc. If you wanted to make the big bucks, you had to get in 5-10 years ago.
