Can work remotely and potential to get on clients where you can move to.

Cons

Bonus structure is really bad. Base pay isn't great to begin with but the achieve any type of meaningful bonus you'll need to basically work 2 full time jobs and even then it's basically not worth the payout you'll receive. You're only as good as your billable hours.
