Friendly coworkers, good pay. Was a very enjoyable environment.

Cons

Internal staff could be overworked at times, which was to be expected given the fast-growing nature of the company, but could get exasperating.

You get to see a wide range of clients across many industries. You are constantly able to learn new areas of technical accounting and serve as interim management adding to your resume. Leadership is always there to listen to your career goals which they apply to client placement.

Cons

At times when their are not openings at client you can end up on the bench for an extended period of time.
